Curious about me?
I spent 10 years in the corporate world practising employment law before I decided to change course and forge a career in health coaching.
Whilst I enjoyed practising law, for the most part of those years working in private practice I was stressed, fatigued and generally suffering from burn out. My lifestyle became completely out of sync with who I was and I just wasn't speaking my truth. My health and relationships suffered and I knew something had to change.
I decided to hire my own coach and really started to get curious about my life, health and wellbeing. This led me on a transformational path which is still ongoing today. The reality is that we never stop learning about ourselves.
My passion for people, coupled with the experiences of my own journey back to health, made me to want to inspire and encourage others to do the same in a world which is increasingly at odds with our true nature.
After training with world experts and pioneers of the coaching profession, The Coaches Training Institute, in 2015, I furthered my education in my chosen specialisation of health coaching through the Istitutute of Integrative Nutrition in 2017.
I use my array of professional skills and personal experience to empower my clients to attain the life they dream of. It really is possible.
Above all, my role as a health coach is to hold a safe space for clients to use an open mind and a curious heart to explore their creativity and embrace their full potential.
After spending time raising a family I now work in dual roles, both as a health coach and as an employment law consultant. I find that this balance works well for me.
